“I am compelled to write this review because James impressed me in so many ways. My mom and I had been searching for a condo in SF for 3 months or so with our previous realtor of 29 years in working experience. We found him during one of the many Open House. Unfortunately, we began to feel pressured and had to find a new one. I reached out to James. Coincidentally enough, we met James in the lobby of the only condo we were interested in months prior. The listing agent was getting late, and our agent could not be with us. Thank goodness for such mishaps. James shared much about the building, neighborhood, and leasing. He was knowledgeable about the building because he used to be a vice president of the board. Whether you call it a right timing or serendipity moment, James "immediately" was able to pick up where our previous agent left off. His strategy worked, and we got the offer in 2 weeks of working with him. And when unexpected hurdle and twist emerged during the escrow process, James was the one who stepped up to resolve the conflict for everyone: the seller happened to be a foreigner, and the seller's agent did not do her due diligence. Our unit got closed last week. And it is all surreal for us because we had given up this property. In one month of knowing him, I learned how resourceful, thorough, organized, efficient, diligent, action-oriented, proactive, responsive and generous James is. He stood far out from my previous agent and the seller's agent ! And I don't know how else to put it, but dimply he is an amazing human being, a dependable and trustworthy one. He is a gem !”
